Hello , hoping everyone is doing well this week.
Just a short post this week showing a few of my outfits from the last few days.
We have been having some rather warm days here since Christmas , not that I am complaining , Summer was a bit slow arriving this year.
On a warm day I always opt for cotton and this Moyuru tunic paired with wide leg pants , also Moyuru, fitted the bill perfectly. I also wore my much loved Trippen Happy sandals.
The scribbles pattern pairs beautifully with my black and white accessories. The necklace by Jianhui London was a rather naughty online purchase a couple of years ago . I also wore Preen sunnies, black and white earrings found locally and bracelets from my collection.
My second outfit was one I wore out to lunch with John at the Silos restaurant , here in Launceston, last Thursday. The dress by Etal was a Melbourne purchase from my trip back in mid December. The best part for me is that it is designed and made in Australia . It too is cotton so cool and comfortable to wear and I have already worn the dress many times. It is a very clever design , although these photos don’t really do it justice.
To ring the changes I added yellow to the black and white gingham with both the yellow bag and added a couple of yellow bangles in the mix. The bag is Desiree Lupi , made in Italy, and a purchase from a previous employer many years ago , I really must wear this bag more often. The sunnies by Dior were a great swap for a few no longer required items of mine at a local recycle store, they were brand new and retail for over $600. A bold necklace , earrings and bangles complete the outfit.
Apologies for the quality of these photos as I forgot to take my camera and copied these from IG.
The final outfit was one I wore last night to a farewell party for the delightful , Erin, the manager of Yeltour , a local boutique that has been in business for 40 years. Erin has been the manager for the last 10 years and is leaving to start a new career in social work.
To mark the occasion I wore this bright Ted Baker blouse that I purchased from Erin a couple of years ago and paired it with my coffee coloured Rundholz skirt. I was rather pleased with the pairing.
My collection of United Nude was added to this Summer with these rather amazing sandals. Not only are they rather striking they are surprisingly comfortable .

It’s so interesting to see you in that colourful blouse – it goes so well with your hair. Love all the outfits – they’re so you!
We’re having a very cold (for the UK) snap at the moment so it’s thick winter clothing for us all – might get my fur coat out!

You never cease to amaze me Jill. You have a fantastic wardrobe and combine and wear garments with such flair.

Oh, my gosh, your SHOES! I love the Trippens and would love to find a pair like yours. I have a pair of United Nude boots and while the heels are not as funky as your sandals, I agree, they are very comfy! Loving these wonderful outfits – I love your style!
