Hello everyone , hope all is well.
A big thank you for the kind comments on my travel post they were much appreciated. Our plan at this early stage is to travel next May and June.
Late Winter here heralds the early Spring bulbs and the flowering of the camellias . I always so look forward to the colour they bring after the dreary dull days of Winter.
Adding my own touch of colour with this red wool vest that I have owned for many years . When I did my seasonal wardrobe change over in Autumn this was in the donate pile but as often happens I had a change of heart and gave it another chance, glad I did .
I teamer the vest with a Ted Baker off white shirt and bronze Maude Dainty pants. I added a cream and black turban , a flower brooch, bangles , white oversize sunnies and white Preston Zly shoes .
Raffy came to join me in the garden . Our little Raffy has not been himself this week prompting several visits to the vet trying to pinpoint the problem. He is to have an Xray tomorrow to confirm what the vet suspects is a spinal problem that hopefully can be managed. He is normally such a happy little fellow it is so hard to see him in pain.
A change of topic dear friends I am considering returning to this hairstyle again – what do think?.
Joining Gail at Is This Mutton for Wow on Wednesday and Nancy for Fancy Friday.
My opinion is to return to the hairstyle. I like it. But I must admit to being out of my comfort zone on this!!!!

Hello Cheryl and thank you for your opinion . Hope to catch up soon.
Oh pour Raffy, it is so sad when there is a problem with our beloved pets. I hope it will be nothing! Love those bracelets! And do you mean the colour or the lenght? I do love your current colour, and I love the lenght on the photo. But the more blonder colour looks good too, perhaps a colour in between?

Thank you Nancy , I appreciate your input on the hair , an in between colour sounds a good idea. The longer length is what I had in mind.
Raffy has had another trip to the vet and some Xrays which has given us some answers .
I just got my hair cut this week and wondered why I waited so long! It always feels refreshing to have a new cut. I am sure whatever you choose will be lovely! I am loving that vest and glad you gave it another chance. I typically don’t pull back out something out of my donate pile because I usally wait a while before putting it in that pile.

Thank you so much Elizabeth , you are too kind. I know you understand my concern over an unwell furry baby , after another vet visit hopefully the problem is now sorted and Raffy is on the mend.
I love the blonde color and length. Your face looks fresher with this color. Sorry to about Raffy not feeling well. Love the red wool vest.

Thank you so much Nancy for taking the time to comment. I appreciate your feedback on my hair , I agree the blonde is a much softer look. Hopefully after another vet visit Raffy is now on the mend.
Very glad you kept the red vest! It’s a wonderful piece and looks spectacular in your garden (which, in winter, is looking more colourful than my sun battered summer garden!). Hope all goes well for Raffy. Thanks for linking.

Thank you Gail , always my pleasure to join the link up. I am pleased I changed my mind about donating the vest. I had wondered how your garden had fared in your hot and dry Summer , hopefully you will have Autumn rain.
Hope Raffy is okay very soon, Jill. Your camellias are beautiful, blending so well with your gorgeous vest (a very good save from the donate pile). Hair…I believe it always comes back to what feels best for each of us… Elizabeth. xx

Thank you so much Elizabeth , I am so glad I gave the red vest another chance. The camellias are always a welcome sight .Totally agree on the hair , a personal choice.
You look like a totally different person with the long hair. I like both styles, the long hair provides some softness to your face while the current one is more edgy. Love your outfit Jill, the turban is great

Thank you so much Anna for your thoughts on my hair . Glad you liked the outfit , the turban was made by a young milliner who lives in the Blue Mountains.
