This wool jacket by New Zealand label Sabatini with its
interesting details , is one I wear time and time again
over the winter.
I love the ruffle edged in metal and the
leather strips on the pockets.
Black brings the details to the fore, I’m not
sure it would work in another colour.
Teaming the jacket with a black tunic
by Paula Ryan and black Marc Cain
ponte pants.
Adding Ara red suede ankle boots,
wearing these for the first time
as they were purchased at the end of
last winter.
Adding colour with bakelite bangles
and a ceramic necklace.
In my kitchen overlooking
the garden on a very wet day ,
wearing my reading glasses
by Tom Ford.
I fully embraced the need
for readers not just for practical
purposes but as another accessory.

A little glamour,my way, every day
The all-black look is so chic, and wow, love those eyeglasses, Jill! Thanks for sharing with Visible Monday.
Thank you Patti, I always enjoy sharing .
I don't often wear ruffles, but that's because I've never found any edged in metal! How chic.
I know what you mean ruffles are often too prissy for me, thats what I love about this jacket the opposite. Thank you for visiting.

I love the ruffle edges on your jacket. It's all in the details!
Thank you Judith, it is the details that make a difference.
You are so stylish! What a glamour-girl … I love this jacket. You look completely gorgeous and more than a little hip and mysterious. An international woman of mystery, perhaps. Best glasses ever … so personal, and every pair looks different on everyone who wears them, but these look wonderful.Clever girl!
Jan, you certainly know how to make a girl feel good.An international woman of mystery, food for thought!

What a beautiful house! It's a pity you can't enjoy the garden today! I am trying to imagine Australia…it must be an unique country!Very nice jacket, yes, I think that black is the colour that valorizes it best! Your necklace adds a joyful touch of colour!
Pity Australia is so far from Italy, I'm sure you would enjoy it. Maybe one day I will revisit Italy and share coffee with you.
